Profile of Mr. Kato

Born in Tokyo, Japan, 1984.  Graduated from Nihon University, B.B.A.  Established a synthetic consulting company (later it became a meat consulting company).  Introduced HACCP into Japan after practicing it in America.  Established Food Design Co. Ltd. in 1984.  Started consultation about developing food as a commodity and HACCP towards food manufacturers, grocery stores, and so forth.
